I just need to know if this is a BIOS issue or a driver issue and if so where I can download a new set of drivers.

Try to download at least a newer version of the driver. There are some also where it's called driver Installation Assistant. Are you sure you want to continue? Thanks for the help. You can go to Device Manager by going to Start Menu then All Programs.

Finally found them and installed them. Installed them in Windows 8.1. But when I reboot the system, it's stuck in the boot screen. I don't even get to choose between Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. I even went through some of the other things to try to re-install the driver, etc. I am desperate. Can someone please help me? It would be very appreciated. I am almost certain I have the right driver. Please help.
Yes, unfortunately my Dell laptop is not supported. When i plug the charger of my dell, it should connect to my system through power management but it doesn't. So i could only connect to my system with charger after disconnecting it from dell laptop. Can someone help me out? Thank you in advance.
